4. Orders and Payments

  • Payment Methods: you may pay using any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this site. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.  

    • All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. 

    • If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-deliver

  • Order Acceptance: Orders are only accepted upon dispatch of the goods. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

 

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and subject to carrier constraints. 

  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

  • Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday only. 

  • We do not ship over the weekend or on bank holidays.

  • Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Faulty or damaged goods may be replaced or refunded in compliance with UK Consumer Law.

Managing Your Subscription 

  • Subscription orders are charged on a recurring basis as per your selected plan.

  • Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date to ensure changes are applied for the next billing cycle. 

  • Changes or cancellations initiated less than 48 hours before your billing date may not take effect until the following cycle.
