1. Returns Eligibility 

Return Period: You may return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a refund. 

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging to qualify for a refund. 

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt unless the issue arises from a manufacturing fault.

 

 

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods 

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days at info@enoughwellness.co.uk   

  • Include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue to initiate a replacement or refund. 

  • Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded, including any associated agreed shipping costs.

 

 

3. Return Shipping Costs 

Non-Faulty Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

Our Error: If the return is due to incorrect or faulty goods, we will refund the shipping costs

Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of customer errors (e.g., incorrect address).

 

 

4. How to Initiate a Return 

1. Email info@enoughwellness.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. 

2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

4. Whenever possible, return items in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, ensure the items are securely packed. Include your name, address, and order number clearly to help us process your return quickly and efficiently.

5. We highly recommend obtaining proof of delivery when returning items. This acts as evidence in case any issues arise during the return process.

6. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned items, following an inspection to confirm their condition.
