We'd worked together for years. Different backgrounds, different careers but shared history, shared laughs, shared everything. And as we moved through our thirties, forties and some of us into our fifties, the conversation quietly shifted.

The energy that no amount of sleep seemed to fix. The brain fog that made us question ourselves. The skin changes, the slower recovery from exercise, the sense that our bodies were doing something different, and nobody around us was talking about why or what to do about it.
So we went looking for answers.

What we found and why it wasn't enough
The supplement industry had plenty of products. What it didn't have was honesty and transparency.
Products aimed at women that were, if we're frank, repackaged male formulas with a pink label. Marketing that alternated between patronising and baffling. Ingredient lists that read like chemistry homework. Doses so small they were practically decorative. Claims so sweeping they were impossible to believe.
We'd spent years collectively on supplements that promised everything and gave back very little. And the frustrating part wasn't the money wasted! It was the time taking the wrong thing. Every confused hour we spent trying to decode the market was an hour we weren't looking after ourselves.

We are women in our thirties, forties and fifties. We are navigating hormonal shifts, including perimenopause, menopause, and the years either side of it. We are managing careers, families, and relationships, and the very specific challenge of trying to take care of ourselves when the wellness world makes it feel impossibly complicated.
We are, in every meaningful sense, our own customer.
And that changes everything.

The formulas and why we started here
We launched with collagen. Not by accident, and not because it was easy but because it matters.
Collagen is one of the most significant things that changes in a woman's body from her mid-twenties onwards. It's the protein that gives skin its firmness, joints their cushioning, hair its strength, and nails their resilience. It accelerates through perimenopause and beyond, and yet most collagen supplements on the market were either underdosed, poorly absorbed, or missing the co-factors that make them actually work.
We developed a premium Swiss-sourced bovine collagen ensuring it was hydrolysed for maximum absorption, and enriched with Vitamins C and D.
