We get asked a version of the same question a lot: how do you actually take these every day? Not in theory but in real life, on the mornings when the alarm doesn't go off and the school run is chaos and your routine feels like it’s gone out of the window!
So here's the honest answer, from the enough. team. Not a polished influencer routine. Just what actually happens most mornings for our founders.
The principle behind the Daily Stack

We built enough. on the belief that wellness should be simple. Not simplified-down, watered-out simple, but rather, genuinely, practically simple. Two products. Two scoops. A combined routine that takes less time than it takes the kettle to boil.
Collagen Peptides and Creatine with Magnesium Glycinate, taken together, address the things that matter most across the decades: skin, hair, joints and bone health from the collagen; muscle, energy, cognitive clarity and sleep support from the creatine and magnesium.
Together, we call it the Daily Stack. And it’s our founders’ non-negotiable.
Here's what it actually looks like.
The Daily Stack: a typical morning
|
7:00am |
Kettle on, scoop out |
This is the only step that requires any thought, and it takes about ten seconds. One scoop of Collagen Peptides, one scoop of Creatine, both unflavoured, both dissolve completely in pretty much anything.
|
7:02am |
Into the coffee or smoothie |
Most of us add both straight into our morning coffee. It genuinely disappears with no grit, no taste, no chalky aftertaste that makes you want to avoid it tomorrow. If you're not a coffee drinker, a smoothie, porridge, or even just a glass of water all work exactly the same way, or pop it in your juice if you like something tasty.
|
7:05am |
Done. Properly done. |
That's it. No timing windows to remember, no taking-with-food rules, no second dose later in the day. One stack, once a day, and you've covered skin, joints, bone, muscle, energy and cognitive support before you've even left the house.
"Wellness Made Simple isn't just something we say. It's two scoops and thirty seconds, and that's genuinely the whole routine."
Why we built it to be this simple
If you've read our story, you'll know why this matters so much to us. We spent years collectively trying to manage complicated supplement routines; different products at different times, things that needed to be taken with food, others that couldn't be taken together, multivitamins the size of golf balls that were genuinely difficult to swallow. Complicated, cluttered and expensive!
It was exhausting. And exhausted people don't keep up routines, however good they are for them.
So when we built enough., simplicity was non-negotiable. One scoop of each. Unflavoured, so they go into anything without changing the taste. No specific timing requirements. No complicated stacking rules. Just two products that work well together and fit into a morning that's already busy enough.
Beyond the morning scoop: how the Daily Stack fits into real life
On busy weekday mornings

Both scoops go straight into a travel coffee cup, lid on, out the door. The whole thing adds maybe twenty seconds to a routine you're already doing.
On slower weekend mornings
This is when it becomes more of a ritual - a few of us add both to a proper smoothie, sometimes with extra protein, frozen fruit, and whatever's in the fridge. Same supplements, different mood entirely.
When travelling
The new travel-size packs have made this far easier as they fit straight into hand luggage, and the routine stays exactly the same wherever you wake up. (We wrote more about this in our recent summer travel post, if that's useful.)
On the days you forget
They happen. Nobody on our team has a perfect streak, and we wouldn't trust anyone who claimed they did. The benefits of both collagen and creatine build cumulatively over weeks, so missing the occasional day doesn't undo anything. You just pick the scoop back up tomorrow. And if you don’t yet have a scoop grab yourself one! They deliver just enough. of our supplements and feature a handy bag clip.
What we hear most from our community
The feedback we get most often isn't about a single dramatic result. It's about how unremarkable the routine itself has become. How it quite simply fits into their daily life. Women tell us they've stopped thinking about whether they'll keep taking it, because it's simply part of the morning now, the same way brushing your teeth is part of the morning.
That's the actual goal.
Not a routine you have to remember to do.
A routine you'd have to remember to stop.
"The best wellness routine isn't the most impressive one. It's the one you actually keep doing."
A few practical tips from our Founders
-
Keep both pouches together, in the same spot, right next to the kettle or coffee machine - visibility is most of the habit
-
Unflavoured means genuinely flexible - try it in coffee, tea, porridge, yoghurt or plain water until you find what you prefer
-
Don't overthink timing - morning is simplest for most people, but evening works just as well if that suits your day better
-
If you're new to the Daily Stack, give it a full month before judging the results - both supplements work cumulatively, not overnight
-
Keep a travel-size pack in your gym bag, handbag or desk drawer for the days your morning routine doesn't go to plan
Frequently asked questions
Can I take collagen and creatine at the same time?
Yes. There's no interaction between the two, and taking them together is exactly how most of the enough. team uses them. Both are unflavoured and dissolve easily in the same drink.
Does it matter what time of day I take the Daily Stack?
Not particularly. Morning works well for most people simply because it's easiest to build into an existing routine, like making coffee. The supplements work cumulatively over time, so consistency matters far more than the specific time of day.
What can I mix enough. Collagen and Creatine into?
Both are unflavoured and dissolve completely in hot or cold liquid - coffee, tea, smoothies, porridge, yoghurt, or plain water all work well.
What if I forget a day?
Don't worry about it. Both supplements work cumulatively over weeks, so missing an occasional day won't undo your progress. Just continue the next day as normal.
Is the Daily Stack suitable for beginners to supplements?
Yes. It was specifically designed to be simple enough for anyone to start, with no complicated timing rules or stacking requirements. Just one scoop of each, once a day.
